Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In accordance with South Australian guidelines First Aid Certification and Training (FACT) Adelaide has taken the position that we will be closed as of 6pm on the 20th of July until the lockdown has been completed. FACT is committed to the health and safety of its students and staff, we would like to thank our students at this time for the patience they have shown in these times.
FACT has a answering service that will be checked and if you have a booking please contact the office via email at info@firstaidcoursetrainingadelaide.com.au or by leaving a message on the answering service.
Anyone that has training booked during the lockdown will be contact by the office to arrange a rescheduling of the the course.
First Aid Certification and Training (FACT) Adelaide is commit to a safe work environment for both its students and staff and as such effective of 18 March 2020 at 6pm any student or staff member showing signs of any illness will be asked to leave. All students and staff are required to practice social distance and use the provided hand cleaner locate at the front of reception and in the classrooms.
Any person that has travelled from overseas is required to self-isolate and anyone that tries to attend training at FACT that has not practiced self-isolation will be asked to leave. Any person ignoring the self-isolation runs the risk of heavy fines and possibly causing injury to others.
We understand they are challenging times and at FACT Adelaide we are a family business from South Australia and we are here for every one of our students. International Student 500 Visa Holders
Great News for our International students
Effective immediately, students studying in Australia on a Student Visa can now participate in White Card training and first aid training and receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment.
Over the past few years International where required to complete training in a CRICOS registered RTO. This is still the case however effective of July 2021 International are permitted to complete the following course at RTO’s that are not CRICIOS registered:

What a fantastic way to learn basic first aid. The tutor was very easy to understand and follow and made the course personal to ensure we could relate to the content. The easy approach also ensured that the information was attained and retained. I hope I never have to use the skills gained but thankful for the way in which they were taught as I will remember how to respond. Also as a quick note, be prepared with your own water and snack/lunch. Covid has restricted many things, including the tea/coffee facilities here.

Allan was a great in his way of teaching first aid. Allan was very inclusive and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. FACT is also located in a good spot, easy to find, easy parking and close to other shops e.g. cafes. Will certainly be coming back here for my refresher!

Great experience, and a fantastic service.
The trainer didn’t simply provide the knowledge and info needed for the course.
He supplied it in a manner that was engaging and relatable which made it much easier to absorb.
He created a relaxed atmosphere that not only encouraged student interaction and participation, it was actually enjoyable.
